This compact lat pulley option LTO-510 is equipped with a 100 kg heavy weight stack in 5 kg increments, allowing the desired weight to be selected quickly and easily. This lat station has a direct force transmission of 1:1, which means that there is no weight loss. The device has an upper and a lower cable that can be used at any time without having to convert the device. The weights move smoothly over the chromed steel guide rods thanks to the special plastic slide bearings, the ball-bearing pulleys and the non-stretch steel cable with plastic coating. The pre-tension of the steel cable can also be precisely adjusted. The integrated footrests provide additional support during seated rowing exercises and the adjustable leg rollers make it possible to clamp the thighs during heavy lat pulldowns.
