Seated leg extensions and leg curl machines are a staple of any club gym environment. This TGR leg machine benefits from being compact and dual-use, by offering the 2-in-1 station workout solution. 

The side-mounted arm allow the stack station for use with a single leg or both legs. So, not only can you perform an isolation exercises to target your quadriceps or hamstrings, you can also specifically isolate each leg, which may be beneficial in cases of imbalance and/ or rehab.

The leg extension and leg curl position adjustments allow fine tuning for individuals to find comfort during the exercises. 

The TGR 2-in-1 Leg Extension/ Leg Curl is tried-and-tested. We’ve had this leg extension / leg curl unit in daily use in our facility for over 6-years, now. The TGR 2-in-1 Leg Extension/ Leg Curl is a popular unit, feels comfortable in use, and lasts the course. In terms of maintenance, we’ve swapped the roller pads once and the cable maybe twice in the 6-years…and it’s taken a hammering! While the TGR 2-in-1 Leg Extension/ Leg Curl is typically what you expect to see in a commercial facility, and we recommend it!, our ATX Legacy Leg Extension/ Leg Curl BCO-770 is the more-popular of the two, despite the latter being a plate-load machine and a fair bit cheaper. Come and try them out, alongside eachother, at our community gym/ showroom. 

The 2-in-1 leg extension/ curl we find popular with a variety of sized people, from small to tall. It does not fit a strongman well though, so anyone over 135kg may want to look elsewhere, although I know this will not be a concern for most. Both the leg extension and leg curl are comfortable with both legs or single-leg, which is great for an offset machine.
